I live in an inner-city apartment block flat (have just moved in in the last month). Twice now the water supply has failed & it seems to be due to the water pumps in the building.
The management company seem to be unavailable to fix this problem out of hours, I also think the pumps should be investigated for problems and have told them this but they seem to ignore my emails.
Does a management company managing a residential building have a responsibility to ensure a constant water supply? They seem to just rely on getting the caretaker to reset the pumps when he gets into work.
