Section 8 - Court Summons online?

Hi,

I've issued a Section 8 to my tenant and the two weeks has expired. I understand that I can now apply for a court summons for possession.

However, I am currently overseas and will not be back to the UK for another month. I do not have anybody else who can lodge the application to the Court for me.

Can I do this online? Assuming that I can't and need to find a lawyer or a company specialising in 'evictions', does anyone have any tips or recommendations?

As I read your post, I observe advertisments for "landlord Action" and messrs PainSmith solicitors, both of whom can carry out the actions you require.
