Can someone be kind enough to walk me through the pertinent statutory facts of a surrendering and regranting of a lease extension?

The procedure and rules depend on whether it's a house [1967 Act] or a flat [1993 Act].
What do you mean by 'pertinent statutory facts'? Are you asking about which lessees qualify, for instance?
