:confused: Is it difficult to get a mortgage on a Studio Flat?

the only thing your limited in is the number of lenders, i.e you wont have the same amount of choice. Just out of interest it's not a student studio flat from a property investment company is it?

It's a Purpose built, Leasehold

Also, I think they only lend, if it is bigger than 25 sq metres.
