I have had conflicting views from various agents Agents with respect to what information can be passed on to a Landlord once references have been checked. Is it ok to give the Homelet form? What information shouldn't I be giving?
When checking tenant ID, should I be keeping a copy of the ID on file or is it sufficient that I have checked the ID?
