I am currently involved in a most complex situation regarding Defence estates and a property i have held for nearly three years pending reciept of a formal lease (had and paid three 6/9 month licences) they are now saying i dont have a tennancy my lawyers previous told them i HAVE established a tennancy under the act..and not to remove any of my property or we will sue for damages.....apart from well meaning ammetuers are any off you in a position to assist authoritively please or can put me in touch with any groups that can assist? new to this hope ive got it right ...jim bob
