I've had a search round the forum, but I can't find anything like this to answer my question.
I have a house that has been converted into 2 flats and both tenants complain of noise coming from next door which is a private house but the owners let their daughter and 3 kids live there while they rent another house out in the country. I believe the daughter and her kids are there because she can't get any accomodation due to her bad track record. My tenants tell me that it all starts at around 7am when they let a dog out into their back yard, but it just screams until they let it back in, then the kids get up and bang and crash about until their mother gets up and screams at them. Then the kids put on either loud music or a karaoke until they go to school. The noise continues throughout the day and on into the night with loud music.
My tenants and I have tried talking to them but just get verbal abuse from them, so my question is...what can I or they do about it?
