Just take a look at this discription of the flat I am currently renting!
"A huge split level maisonette housed above commercial property. Newly two large double bedrooms, huge lounge that can also has potential to be partitioned in to lounge/third bedroom. New kitchen & redecorated throughout. Storage heaters & most windows have double glazing. Very close to The Mall shopping centre & 5 minutes from junction 17 of the M5. Available early April 2006."
I had to tell the agent EVERYTHING about the property and then they can't even market it right! I even advised on a price! It should read....

I did offer to market the property for the landlord but he aint interested! .. The letting agent can't get any of my instructions correct.. I tell them you arrange all viewings and come to me.. do not give my number out... what do they do .. they give my number out! :rolleyes: Great.. I only just git rid of one stalker by changing my number! ... hey ho!
