In the UK we have experienced a deluge of emails from individuals and companies based in Nigeria offering investment opportunities that prove to be scams.

Looked at your message with an open mind but it seems there is a need to divorce the need for translation of your webpages with "investment opportunities" that could be either with your organisation or the properties it has to offer.

I see from your website that you have a number of property locations and have a (non-working) drop down menu to translate from cyrillic Bulgarian to English, French, German, Spanish and Russian.
