Does anyone know of any mortgage lenders that will lend (btl or self cert) to any of the following conditions?:
i) No tie-ins (possible to switch to another lender instantly).
ii) Immediate further advance applications (instant re-mortgage).
iii) Provides gifted deposits.
PS. Apologies if "no money down" mortgage threads have been dealt with in the past.
