Hi,

I am dealing with a couple of large residential premises in West Hamstead that have been converted into more flats than the existing planning permission allows. They are vacant.

Has anyone any recommendations for an Architect / planning practise in the locality - [that have very positive relations with the Council] so I can sort out this mess? I do want value for money & someone who has their head screwed on.

I have looked at the Directory and looked for popular firms in the Local planning portal containing planning applications - but nobody stands out.:(

Thanks for any suggestions.
