DIPs declined

Hi

I have had 2 mortgages go through with BM and 1 with C&G in the last 4 months, but now the last two DIP's I have had done have been declined.

Does anyone know how the lending criteria changes from one month to the next???

I guess it will mainly be down to the fact you have recently purchased property and this information will just be coming onto your credit file.

I think its worth getting a copy of your credit file and score to see the recent effects.

Also the lenders are getting more and more selective about which deals they take on.

Hi

The lender are very picky now, specially C&G and BM, it only takes your credit score to go down due to the previous dips and it will be decline. Best option: wait a few months for the credit score to go up again and try then
