Please please please can somebody help me!

I am renting out a furnished property, I need to know what kind of insurances I need to get i.e. is there a specific landlords insurance and what is it called, what does it usually cover? Is there an insurance I should get on top of that (like a rent guarantee or something) ???

And can you recommend good companies.. with websites would be good, I want to get an idea of prices tonight.

Thanks :)

you need to get insurance that covers you for letting the property out, it will include landlord liability cover, and should include loss of rent cover

as i have reccomended before visit, http://www.landlordinsurancedirect.co.uk for an insatnt quote or

tell me the rebuild value of your property and the type of tenants you are letting to and i can let you know how much it should cost!

Why don't you go to a high street estate agent and get the brochures on landlord insurances.?
