I am an overseas Landlord and have a agent managing my property. They charge me management fees every month and add VAT. I have also been paying VAT on invoices relating to any repair or maintenance work done on the flat. As a UK and EU non resident am I exempy from VAT?

Sorry, not my subject. However, I guess that as the services are supplied in the UK, VAT is chargeable.
