Letting agent changed

I'd welcome some advice please.

I am guarantor for my daughter. Her landlord has changed letting agencies; could someone please advise me if either of the agencies has a duty to notify me, as the guarantor, of this change?

If so, how soon should they have done so?

Some agents put the address for serving notices as the agents address on the contract so if that was the case the new agent would have to inform the tenant of the new correct address.
