hi all
after hours on the internet and phone i have found that HSBC are prepared to lend on my ex council, 20th floor, LPC concrete ,1975 flat. (east london)
they have no hight restrictions, i comfirmed this went i phoned the surveyors that they used (hsbc gave me there number) hsbc focus on the LTV rate and how sellable the flat is
i am still waiting to do the survey but its looking good so far seeing as all the
other banks/bs said no straight away
i will keep you all up dated
