Auction really is the easy way to go and with buying prices sometimes around 40% lower there are some absolute steals to be had - without all the vendor hassle!
We are also seeing more and more properties that hardly need any work - meaning you've got a turn key investment from day one! I produce a FREE weekly tipsheet with all the latest great buys - if you would like to know more just PM me and I'll add you to the list. It's free and you can unsubscribe whenever you want.

Auctions carry with them risks for the less experienced investor, also it is more complex to arrange finance - which needs to be agreed BEFORE you bid.
An alternative is to use one of the specilist soruces of properties blow market value such as ours ... simple2buy.co.uk ... investors need to consider all options.
