Tenants have stolen all my furniture - help

Hi

I rent my property out through an agent in London (who charge me a mean 16%). I have not receievd rent for 3 months and when the agents finally entered the property, the tenants have left with all my furniture and electrical items. My insurance does not cover theft by tenants. Can I make a claim against my agent for missing rent and the cost of the stolen items? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I doubt pretty much ou have anything against the agent. He didn't do anything wrong, it's the tenants who stole your belongings !

You should report them to the police for theft.
