New to commercial property investing

My wife & myself own five residential investment properties.

We would like to expand our business and invest in commercial property.

We are familiar with raising finance to purchase residential property but have no experience of raising finance for commercial property.

What is the best way to get started in commercial property investing...?

Sorry if this question has been asked before but we would appreciate any advice before we commit to anything.

Any constructive comments would be appreciated.
