My Tenant has left, we picked up the keys. They then drived off whilst I looked around the property.

From what I can see, I had 2 & a 3 seater sofas. The tenant has stolen the 2 seater one, what do I do?

Was the sofa on the inventory?

It was in the contract, yes.

Then charge it against their deposit. You have got the deposit I hope, and it is protected, I hope.
