Tenant left during term; rent arrears; what can I do?

Hi,

Apparently my tenant has done a runner with approx 6 weeks left on the original 6month AST.

Can I now re-let the property?

and what is the best way to chase them down for rent owed - given I don't as yet have a forwarding address?
