Judgment in Default after Warrant of Execution fails

The HMCS bailiffs have failed to gain contact to tenant who owes money; is a Judgement in Default of any benefit?

ignore that, the judgment was done before the warrant, the courts took so long to get nowhere that I had forgotten!
