I have a flat that I rent out and 2 rooms I rent in a 3 bedroom house I live in. I need to fill out my self assessment online but dont know which one to use:

You need to complete the basic self-assessment tax return form as well as the land and property pages.

You need to familiarise yourself with the rules relating to 'rent a room' relief' as this may be better for you in respect of the rent of 2 rooms in your main residence.
