15 % LTV on buy to lets

I have been doing some research and I am struggling to find the above product on offer, I have checked the usual lenders, BM solutions, Bristol and West, Yorkshire etc..

Has anyone came across these deals lately??

Just looked at the post office rates they are very high for 85% LTV's
What type of property do they cover?

Yes, very steep. Surely more expensive then most SVR's.

We mainly have houses converted into studio and 1 bed flats so they are no good for us.
Hopefully more mortgage companies will enter the market again soon
