Self-Assessment Form

I am about to fill out a SA form online very soon & as i have only recently been letting out a property i have never done this before. What i want to know is it easy to complete, are there any guides to help me complete one, any guides detailing what i can set against any earnings(ie mortgage interest, repairs etc, etc) and what information i may have to send to HMRC,if any.

What information i may need to complete one which i havn't mentioned above.
