Section 2 of form N5b asks for details of previous tenancy agreements and requires copies. The initial agreement was through an agent, when this ended, the agent made up another one and signed it on behalf of the landlord. The third (current) one was done between the landlord and tenant directly. Throughout all this, the terms of the agreements have remained the same.
The paperwork requires copies of all agreements but the original one is no longer available so can the court action be continued just citing the current agreement and ignoring the others?
