Letting own home to buy another- how to structure?

I have a couple of BTL`s and now want to let my own house to buy something else. What are the best schemes available, any pitfalls and what deposit is needed.

hay there, ive recently looking into some finance options for myself, after much digging around and scratching for new and interesting deals ive found out a bit about sell and rent back (http://www.swiftcapital.co.uk/rent-back/sell-rent-back.htm)... my pal works for these guys and he has told me that these types of agreements are creating alot of interest atm... perhaps it could be of help to you too...?:eek:
