Any good agents in SW London?

Clearly I'm not the only one to have had letting agent headaches.
Looking for a new one now to handle a flat in Balham, southwest London.
So if anyone out there has an agent who operates there which they've never had any serious complaints about, I'd like to know. Also which ones to avoid. I had numerous problems with one which, at the risk of being sued for libel or something, I will just call J's.
