New AST Clause about notice?

Can anyone suggest a legally worded clause to add to my AST agreement informing tenants that they must give 2 months notice please. Glad I've found you all!

You can't love as they're only obliged to give you a month's notice and that's only after it becomes periodic, otherwise they don't have to give you any notice at all.

If you intend to create a break clause with the prior written agreement of the tenant within a separately negotiated clause then it is possible but there are a few hoops to jump through before you go this route, as it could be considered an onerous term if you try to do it and get it wrong! If you don't have enough experience then leave it be, or employ a professional. :(
