Having studied all the graphs carefully and from a number of angles including upside down, I think we can conclude that the housing market is not what it was.

Hmmm - you should be careful with reviewing the last 2 months of Land Registry data - sometimes the solicitor has not finished registering the change yet.

- Either way though, the volumes look low.

Sales in the SW1 1AA area are particularly bad.

Of course, collating and flogging sale data is a gross misuse of the HMLR system which is designed only to verify and validate ownership of legal estates and not to hawk-around yet another set of property information that ought- by rights- to be confidential (since its procurement by an arm of HMG is a mere consequence of compulsory registration).
