My friend is willing to apply for a morage on her name for myself as i have no lending power.I will obviously be paying the morage in full.my problem is that how do i cover my self legally when i sell the property in the future and ensure that i am not riped off? what kind of contract will i need and could i write it myself or would i need to a solicitor?

Dawn - You seem to have no idea what you are trying to do, or anything about the business of investing in property.
1. Its mortgage not morage
2. If your friend buys the property even with your money it will be her house.
3.Of course you will need a solicitor.
Please go and talk to a mortgage adviser who can explain about applying for mortgages. Plus all the problems involved.
By the way if you write I in a sentance that is how you should write it not i.
