Hi - I am very new to all this so please bear with me -
We rented our property in mid December to a young tenant
She has not paid any rent for the past six weeks, nor will she
answer any calls, letters communications etc. She signed a
contract to rent the property for 6 months but she has failed
to keep her part of the tenancy agreement ...
I would really appreciate ANY advice on the best way to proceed
in getting this tenant to leave A.S.A.P
