After many (about 8 actually) years of using the same letting agent, I am increasingly irked by their attitude*. I will not mention their name here - they have served me well, but of late (last three lets) I have been increasingly unhappy with their service (or lack of, I might say!).
Alas my tenants have decided it's time to move on, and thus I am seeking a new Letting Agentto help locate, show round and reference me some nice new tenants.
Do any of you kind folk have any recommendations of Letting Agents in the Welwyn Garden City area of Hertfordshire ;)
and/or
maybe someone can tell me of agencies I should steer well clear of too :eek: - PM me if you do not want to go public on the board
I am only a small time landlord (of a small one bedroom house), but I am looking for an reliable, trustworthy and friendly letting agency that can find me a clean, reliable tenant that pays his/her rent on time.
The property management I can do myself/via my family....
