Electric P.A.T tests....

Does the P.A.T test have to be done by law? A lot of landlords seem to think not...what does the law state about these checks?

Theres' lots on this already on the forum and the answer is no, but it's advisable to do so.

D'oh! Sorry, will do so. We get all our landlords to do it, and I was under the impression that soon, it will become a must, is this true?
