Need Gas Certificate - Urgent!

Guys,

I posted here a few days a go and found out that I desperately need a gas certificate for a tenanted property. The heating engineer I engaged has let me down badly.

Does anyone know anybody reliable who can do this inside London's congestion zone???

I did!! Had to pay a fortune but I don't care, the champagne is open and I'm not 'illegal' any more.

I actually found that if you cross a palm with silver in this part of the world it helps to be on a Sunday - NO CONGESTION CHARGE, or parking meters at £1 for 5 minutes!
