Can anyone be of assistance with the following?

When extending a current lease for example from 76 years to 99 years, is marriage value payable or is that only charged when trying to buy the freehold?

Marriage value applies to any case where lease has < 80 yrs. unexpired, whether it involves lease extension or collective enfranchisement.
