lease with housing association

Hi, I wondered if anyone can help, my brother has a lease with Acton Housing Association which has another year left to run (it was for a 3 year term). He now wants to sell his flat. As this is not an AST, does anyone know if and how he can get possession? any help would be appreciated. thanks

Housing Associations are social landlords and have the same status as local authority property. Ask your brother to approach them and put his question to them! They should give you a fair answer.
