Resident Landlord - Rent Increase

Hi all, I a new to all this . I am going to increase the rent for the tenants in my house. I am a live in landlord.
Do I have to follow Section 13 (Form 4b)to increase the rent?
The tenants have been in the house for 12 months and the License Agreement was for a 6 month contract and 1 month rolling after that.
Is there a Letter or form that someone can give me to make life a bit easier.

You are resident L. The result is that the letting is not governed by Housing Act 1988, so s.13 does not apply. You can therefore terminate the Agreement at will, now that its fixed term has expired, and- if you wish- offer a new one at the increased rent.
