Hi Guyz
I have a new tenant signing a 6 month AST today.
His AST will run from 7/3/05 to the 6/9/05
to make it legal can I get him to sign an S21 after he has sigend his AST, and date the S21 for the 7/9/05 ??
I know the dates are critical and have to be right to make it legal, am i correct in thinking that the S21 should end the day after his AST runs out ?
