Anyone seeking information believes that the Freedom of Information Act entitles him to get it.

Anyone asked for information believes that the Data Protection Act entitles him to refuse to give it.

Ha, that's no different from a boundary dispute.
Assume two warring neighbours, X and Y.
X sits in my office as client. X is inevitably a paragon of virtue, innocent and unsullied. His neighbour Y is a rogue, a thief, and a vagabond- the scum of the earth.
At or about the same time, Y sits in his solicitor's office. Y is inevitably- guess what?- a paragon etc. and his neighbour X is etc. etc.

I prefer grappa for dutch courage.

Also not bad on chocolate cake.

We used to have a recipe called "Death By Chocolate", can you get that here?

Legal trivia: After duelling was outlawed, the fudging required by the courts and juries when trying gentlemen accused of killing another man in such circumstances is (probably) the orgin of the defence of "provocation" to a charge of murder.

Lorenzo, do you put the grappa on the chocolate cake? I may be missing the point but i do love grappa and a bit of chocolate cake...now by possibly marrying the two together that could make my days of managing properties a lot easier....

Thats why she doesn't look fat in that dress. Not a lie. She would look fat without the dress. Is that a fudge?:D

Who cares? Without the dress, several people might volunteer to give her a quick fudge. At least, I think that's what they said.
