S.21 Notice; show agent's name/address or landlord's?

Me again.
Serving a s.21 tomorrow now as have just read you can't issue one on a Sunday unless the court says you can !!
Anyway my question is - as an agent can I just put my name and address on it or is it best to put landlords name and my agency address as a c/o address for him ?

The landlords name should appear as it is the LL and tenant who have the contract.

There is nothing wrong with using your agency address as the C/o address. I assume you used this for the S.47/48 anyway.

The tenancy agreement had landlords name but not his address. It had the agency address on the notepaper.
Blimey the plot thickens.
