I would like to rent out a room in my flat in Greenock, Scotland but i'm not too sure what to include in the agreement. Any suggestions or examples? :D

Rent a Room has no legal requirements and you don't need any written terms. The lodger [they can't be a tenant] has no secirity of occupancy and can be asked to leave at anytime.

don't put too much in and make sure it is an agreement for a lodger and not a AST.
you don't need a written agreement anyway, and you have the right to kick the person out without notice, so long as you keep them as a lodger.
Try Lawpack (www.lawpack.co.uk)
Click on the 'property letting' section and scroll down to 'rent a room agreement'
The forms costs about £5
good luck
