Park Home next to a house

Hi, does anyone have any experience of siting a park home in an area next to a house? I've got a bit of space there big enough, a park home I've seen ready to buy and a tenant lined up- but that is starting to look like the easy bit done! Will it affect me when I come to remortgage (although it should be worth more in total), do I need to tell the mortgage company now, how can I get planning and should I get it hooked up to the mains?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You intend having a self contained unit which will require P.P.

My understanding is that a static caravan can only be used if it's allied to the main house.e.g.granny's bedroom.
