Seeking Letting Agent- Croydon/Purley

Can anyone recommend a good letting agent in the South Croydon/East Croydon/Purley areas.

Unfortunately I can't recommend one but there are one or two you should avoid (I can't tell you how I know).

Ask then if they are members of either ARLA/NAEA/RICS and if they have EVER been subject to disciplinary proceedings within the last 5 years.

Don't even consider using an unregulated agent.
