Letsure tenant check

My prospective tenants don't have internet access, so they are unable to complete Letsure's tenant check form on-line. There is an option whereby I, as landlord, can complete the form but I have to pay before I can see what questions the form contains. So how do I know what details to collect from the tenants in order to complete the form on-line?

Do tenants have to pay to complete this form? If not then fill in a dummy form as if you were an applying tenant.

Better yet, ring up Letsure and ask them?
