Current Buy to Let Interest Rates

I have got a property which I plan to remortgage in a couple of months - it is slightly to early to pester my broker asking what products are out there at the moment, but has anyone here recently taken out a BTL mortgage and if so what type, what product fee, what interest rate and what rental coverage?

I use mortgage express. I go direct at www.mortgageexpress.co.uk When you have done a few deals they reduce fees.

I just did a BTL 85% LTV, Rent had to cover mortgage by 125%, app fee was 495 added survey was £300 and rate was i think 1.4% over base.

If you think that the mortgage market is likely to deteriorate further, it might be wise to have a deal in place sooner than later?
