Hi,
I'm new to this site but hope you can help me with a particular issue I have.
I own a leasehold flat with an absent landlord. The flats are a 1800's stable converted into 2 flats in the 80's. We have owned our flat for 5 years. Our flat is landlocked.
When we moved into the flat in 2003 we agreed on a split of the gardens with the occupier of the upstairs flat and this suited us all fine and included our access through part of the garden with our motorcycle. We have enjoyed this right for all these years and use the bike on a daily basis as our only form of transport. However we have fallen out with the current owners and they have decided to attempt to block our access through the garden with their car and have told us they plan to now leave the car there.
Can you offer me any help please?
