New to BTL - What Insurance would you reccomend?

I am new to BTL. I am letting out my flat and want to know what Landlord insurance I should take out. the flat is covered by Building insurance but I want to know what else I should take out. Also could anybody reccomend a company to provide insurance.

The freeholder should arrange the insurance and charge you for your fair share, it might be a good idea to take out your own public liability insurance just to be on the safe side
