Hi guys, first post,
Right, i run a business and upstairs second floor i rent the rooms out to a few guys, what i want to know is Legally are these guys Tenants or Lodgers??? BTW the rooms that are let out dont have a seperate entrance to the second floor, to get to the second floor you must enter thru the businesses main door.
i live at this building as well, well not always maybe like once a month or two, im usually at my my GF place.
Sorry if this post sounds silly but im a total newbie to this landlord stuff
