'Professional' tenants

Hi,

Quick one hopefully! I've a property in close proximity to several hospitals and would be prepared to rent it out to the clinical staff. What's the best way of sourcing tenants in the medical profession? General letting agency? Card on a hospital notice board?

There is an agency in Colchester ( Essex ) that deals with only hospital staff, I can't remember there name off hand ( Quick google should do the trick )
Other than that a local agent or a card on notice board as you say.
